You can choose how often you receive motivational messages and all you need to do is text in with your health activity. You can text in up to 3 times per week (only one per day) – once you send 18 texts, your Individual Action Plan is complete and you’ll be on your way to Gold! You can also choose to continue to receive helpful reminders throughout the year.
