Prediabetes is a serious condition caused when your blood sugar levels are higher than normal. It increases the risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and stroke.
King County offers Omada, a program that provides proven, one-on-one support to help prevent type 2 diabetes and related health issues.
If you join Omada you can take it slow or jump all in. You can utilize what you want. It is built for success and worth a try.Omada Member
