Two new action plans available this year – Daily Dash & Charge!

The King County Healthy Incentives team is pleased to introduce two new Individual Action Plans to our line up. Both are online programs provided by our wellness vendor, StayWell. As a reminder, to earn Gold (lowest out of pocket medical costs) for 2018, you and your covered spouse or domestic partner will need to complete both a Wellness Assessment and an Individual Action Plan by July 31.

Learn more about our two newest offerings —

Daily Dash
Log in daily to get tips to help you move more, eat well, stress less and sleep tight. You pick a tip you like then click “I Did It.” Get credit towards the Gold out of pocket expense level when you complete a total of 20 Dashes. The program groups them into challenges of 10 Dashes each, so complete 2 challenges. You can earn credit for one Dash a day. Keep using the program as long as you like, even after your challenges are complete.

Charge
Sync your FitBit or other activity tracker for credit towards Gold. You can also enter steps online manually. Earn credit for completion when you earn two 85,000 step badges in any two months before July 31, 2017. You might be amazed at how quickly your steps add up. For fun, set your own goals and see how quickly your steps add up to badges.
