Diabetes Prevention Program: The Omada Diabetes Prevention Program is open to employees and family members age 18+ who are covered by a King County medical plan, including Kaiser Permanente Washington, Regence KingCare*, and Regence KingCare Select*.
The Omada Diabetes Prevention Program provides you with the tools and support you need to reach your health goals and improve your overall health.
Diabetes Management Program: The Omada Diabetes Management Program is open to employees and family members age 18+ who are covered by the Regence KingCare* and Regence KingCare Select* medical plan who have a diagnosis of type 1 or type 2 diabetes.
The Omada Diabetes Management Program provides 24/7 access to support and tools to help you say on top of diabetes.
Program eligibility: The Omada Diabetes Prevention Program is open to King County employees and family who are enrolled in a King County health plan (Kaiser Permanente or Regence* plans), are age 18 or older, and at risk for developing diabetes.
Employees and family members aged 18+ who have type 2 diabetes and are enrolled in Regence* health plans also may receive the Omada Diabetes Management Program.
