COVID-19 vaccine: Upcoming webinars and support for King County employees

We are all eager for this pandemic to be over so we can get back to the things we love doing without restrictions or anxiety. However, COVID-19 continues to adapt, evolve, and thwart our efforts to return to engaging with others safely. Following the actions of many other public and private employers, King County is requiring all employees to be fully vaccinated, effective Oct. 18, 2021.

Balanced You compassionately acknowledges that there may be hesitancy around the decision to be vaccinated and we are here to support employees with resources they may need in the process. The following resources include a live webinar and Q&A with a Fred Hutchinson scientist, interviews with community members, and emotional support resources for navigating the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
