Thanks to Jenna Franklin, I have found the best “healthy ice cream” ever! I can’t do dairy or sugar, so frozen treats have been off limits for me this summer. Jenna presented a new idea to me last week that I tried and LOVED! It’s super simple too, which makes it even better.
Step one: peel some very (over) ripe bananas and freeze them.
Step two: freeze other fruit you love.
Once fruit is frozen:
Take out your blender, add two bananas and toss in a second fruit you love (I had fresh peaches on hand, so froze them and YUM!)
Enjoy! Could not be more simple, nor more delicious….and Healthy!!
