How to access Mindstream:
- Sign into the Making Life Easier web portal. (Instructions can be found here.)
- Select the Access Care icon.
- Choose the Mindstream icon.
- From there, you can:
- Search sessions by topic (e.g., “movement” or “physical activity”), or
- Select one of the featured sessions highlighted by Making Life Easier.
