Diabetes Prevention Program:
The Omada Diabetes Prevention Program is open to employees and family members age 18+ who are covered by a King County medical plan, including Kaiser Permanente (SmartCare) and Regence (KingCare and KingCare Select) plans.
Omada provides you with the online tools and real-person coaching support you need to reach your health goals, whether that’s losing weight or improving your overall health.
Diabetes Management Program:
The Omada Diabetes Management Program is open to employees and family members age 18+ who are covered by Regence (KingCare and KingCare Select) medical plans who have a diagnosis of Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes.
The Omada Diabetes Management Program provides 24/7 access to support and tools to help you say on top of diabetes
Program eligibility:
The Omada Diabetes Prevention Program is open to King County employees and family who are enrolled in a King County health plan (Kaiser Permanente or Regence plans), are age 18 or older, and at risk for developing diabetes.
Employees and family members who have type 2 diabetes and are enrolled in Regence health plans also may receive the Omada Diabetes Management Program.
