Do you count calories?

Today I read this article in the NY Times.  It’s all about counting calories, portion control and, well, balance.  I don’t count calories as a rule, but sometimes I am curious about my energy balance.  I then turn to the Lose It app.  It’s super easy and gives great insight into my input vs output.
