What’s your favorite summer recipe that you whip up in 5 -1o minutes? I have a new favorite to share, and would love it if you shared yours too.
2 cups shredded green cabbage
1/4 cup diced mango (if you can’t find fresh, use dried)
1/4 cup raw almond butter
1 tsp curry powder
2 T orange juice, fresh squeezed is best
In a bowl mix everything together. Serve stuffed in a whole grain pita or wrap.
