Speaking of Storms….are you ready?

With the big storm hitting the East Coast of the USA, it seems like a good time to be thinking about storm preparedness here at home.

Here in the Northwest, November is often the most stormy month of the year.  I can remember several Thanksgiving’s where we had no lights, no heat and way too much food to preserve.

Lucky for us, King County has an amazing Emergency Preparedness Division with tons and tons of advice on how to keep yourself  and your family warm, secure and out of harms way.
